Company Overview
A non profit organisation, created in response to the water restrictions in the Western Cape, to assist Government and Municipalities with water and sanitation needs in under-resourced schools and communities.

Water, Sanitation, Education, and Food
SOSNPO is dedicated to providing clean water, promoting hygiene, and creating jobs in underserved communities. We work tirelessly to ensure that everyone has access to essential resources, driving progress toward a more sustainable and equitable world.
Water
SOSNPO provides alternative water sources and solutions to schools and the water scarce communities we support. We do this through supplying non potable water, transporting it to installed water tanks and helping to manage access to this for all non-drinking uses.
We improve livelihoods and assist micro-businesses such as car washes to continue with their day-to-day operations.
Sanitation
SOSNPO strives to improve the state of sanitation, through providing the infrastructure to ensure communities have access to functional and safe hygiene facilities.
We achieve this through projects focused on increasing community access to flush toilets, the installation of handwashing units in schools and public areas and implementing upgrades on existing sanitation and hygiene facilities.
Education
SOSNPO’s educational efforts are focused on increasing knowledge and encouraging pro-active attitudes amongst community members towards overcoming the challenges within the water, sanitation, and hygiene sector.
We focus on increasing access to WASH facilities in underprivileged schools to address the high rates of school absenteeism evident amongst children and especially girls in informal areas.
Food
SOSNPO aims to address the food shortage and hunger crisis prolific in informal communities through waterefficient farming solutions. Our efforts address the ongoing food crisis and severe malnutrition within communities, through the establishment of water-conscious community gardens.
We provide the tools and educational materials to help communities receive the nourishment they need to survive
